The Culinaire® Food Warming Drawer with Larger Top Drawer can fit anywhere you need food items held hot and within reach. The larger height top drawer can accommodate 3 standard food delivery bags at full height, with the compartment size of 1800 x 320 x 285mm Culinaire Food Warming Drawers uses heat pads that are thermostatically controlled to ensure a uniform heat throughout. This ensures that your food is warmed gently, resulting in a better appearance, taste, and longer holding life. Food must be heated above 65°C before being placed in the warming drawer.
